Yoga & Massage
Join our teachers Chantal Cadieux and Maria Restrepo in a 90-minute Yin Yoga class that will relax you from head to toe. Expect to be guided through a series of static stretches specifically chosen to allow our massage therapists to relax you with their skillful hands. This Yin Massage event is offered in the evening to prepare you for a night of deep, restorative sleep.
For those who want more massage time, VIP tickets are also available. In the VIP experience, you will double your massage time and a massage therapy insurance receipt will be given to you upon request.
