Destination Hyrox
This 10-week advanced training program is designed specifically for athletes preparing to compete in a full HYROX event. Led by Jesse Flynn, this weekly session focuses on building the physical and mental demands required to perform at a high level on race day.
Participants will train through race-specific conditioning, strength under fatigue, engine development, and HYROX-style transitions, with a strong emphasis on pacing, efficiency, and movement quality. Sessions are progressive and structured to peak your performance while minimizing injury risk.
