In just 30 minutes, you’ll get a clear overview of:

  • How a ZVP session works: warm-up, intervals, recovery, progression.

  • The equipment: our smart Kickr Bikes, fully adjustable to your body.

  • The Bike Studio software: full immersion with animation and music to keep you motivated.

  • The session goals: health, endurance, performance, fun—tailored to your needs.

  • Your results: after each ride, receive a detailed report by email (power, heart rate, training zones, calories burned).

This intro session is the perfect way to experience ZVP without pressure, learn how to use the equipment, and discover a structured, motivating, and never boring training approach.
