Ema has worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years and brings unmatched energy and variety to every class she teaches. With a background in psychology from McGill University, she merges a deep understanding of motivation with physical training expertise.
Her fitness journey began with Zumba—an instant favorite that continues to be one of her signature styles. Since then, she’s expanded her skills to include strength training, barre, and corrective exercise, always adapting her sessions to meet the needs of each participant.
Ema creates an environment where fun, effort, and self-discovery go hand in hand. Her goal is to help every participant push past their limits while feeling supported and inspired.
