A controlled workout for a strong, stable, and mobile body

Barre-Fit blends ballet, fitness, yoga, and pilates techniques for a complete workout focused on strength and mobility. Using the barre and light equipment like dumbbells, you’ll perform controlled movements, isometric holds, and high-rep sets.

This class improves posture, stability, muscular endurance, and overall tone—with no dance experience required.

Move with grace, build strength, and feel the power of muscular control.

MORE INFORMATION

This class is done with no shoes and requires a yoga mat. The center has some yoga mats to lend out but it's preferable to bring your own.
