Depending on your goals, you can choose an endurance approach (60 to 75 minutes), ideal for the general public seeking health, fun, and accessible progression, or a performance approach (75 to 100 minutes), specifically designed for regular cyclists, athletes, and competitors who want to push their limits.

Each session strengthens your aerobic endurance and your ability to sustain effort over time, all within a stimulating group atmosphere.

After each workout, Bike Studio generates a report that is emailed to you. This allows you to track your progress on various levels. Create an account at Allyoucanbike.com to view your complete history and compare your power profile over time.

It is important to have Shimano SPD (cardio bike) or SPD-SL (road) toe clips. No pedal changes will be made on site.
