Parcours ZVP offers immersive virtual rides of 75 to 120 minutes to build endurance, pacing skills and long-distance consistency. With your coach leading the way, you’ll ride through varied routes inspired by local and international landscapes for a motivating and engaging training experience. Each session is designed to strengthen your aerobic endurance and sustain your effort over longer distances.

After each workout, Bike Studio generates a report that is emailed to you. This allows you to track your progress on various levels. Create an account at Allyoucanbike.com to view your complete history and compare your power profile over time.

It is important to have Shimano SPD (cardio bike) or SPD-SL (road) toe clips. No pedal changes will be made on site.
