In this class, you will have access to a simple and complete training method including cardiovascular, strength training, gymnastics and plyometric exercises. The objective is to improve your physical fitness by offering varied multidisciplinary training, regardless of your level.

 

For everyone: suitable for all fitness levels. Alternatives proposed if necessary.
