Classes in Gym Perfo all have components of strength & endurance, performance and efficiency. To participate in our intermediate classes, participant should have an understanding and be comfortable performing certain basic movements for example, the squat, bench press and deadlifts.
Intro Perfo is a 45-minute session that begins with a warmup, practice base techniques, and end in a sample workout. Those new to this style of training, are suggested to take at least 3 intro to Perfo classes before signing up for our intermediate classes.
