This workout is designed for fans of team challenges. It contains functional exercises using a variety of materials to enable participants to overcome the challenges while keeping a smile. There are several levels of difficulty to suit everyone’s abilities, complicity between teammate will be crucial for success during this class.

 

Intermediate Classes: These are intermediate classes in which participants must be comfortable performing basic movements like Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. It is recommended that beginners take 2 to 3 Intro Perfo classes before.
