STRONG

This class is designed to increase your strength. A progressively run format where you focus on one of four compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench press and bent-over rows). Few repetitions, heavy weights and big results.

 

Intermediate Classes: These are intermediate classes in which participants must be comfortable performing basic movements like Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. It is recommended that beginners take 2 to 3 Intro Perfo classes before.
